Rocky the dog loves coming here. Loyal customer he is. 6+ years. Jay or Rainbow both do an amazing job at pampering him with his haircuts. The staff have always been friendly to me and him. They call to give me updates on appointment cancelations and/or if any issues with Rocky. He is now ready for summer. Thank you for being such a beautiful team. :--) +luv

I was looking for a new good quality cat tower online and travelled in to see Borzoo who I spoke to on the phone. He was very knowledgeable and couldn't help us enough with our purchases. We got the bonofido chateau cat tower the quality of this brand was exactly what we needed for our 2 queens. Highly recommend anyone to go here for any of your pets needs this store has everything and more for your fur family members desires.

Our favourite neighbourhood pet shop, everyone is so lovely and our Butters boy loves this shop and getting all the snackos here!! He is beloved by the staff her and is always pampered, highly recommend Upmarket Pets if you're in Queen Victoria Market looking for pet goodies!

We have visited the aquarium shop three times this week and we had such a great experience! The manager was incredibly nice and super helpful—he took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we felt confident with our choices. You can really tell he cares about both the fish and the customers. Highly recommend if you're a beginner, they will guide through everything you need to know from tank set up to maintainance. This shop will definitely be our go-to from now on.

Absolutely love this store, a big thank you to Damien! Popped in for some toys for our bunny and ended up having such a lovely chat and purchased an amazing sling carrier as well!! Overall great experience, highly recommend. One of the best pet stores in Melbourne, hands down!!

Great store, reasonable priced items, good staff and service close to Queen Vic market. There’s always bowl filled with water for the quadrupeds with their biped owners. I love the many selection of items that your pet will surely enjoy. Special treat too if you become a member for your furry friend will get a surprise on their birthdays ( discounts etc 🤣). The staff will also give advice on what’s on and preferred by other pet owners.

I found a dog toy on the Upmarket Pets' website which was the cheapest i could find online. This is a good dog toy as the degree of difficulty of obtaining the treats can be adjusted to keep my dogs' interest. There were problems completing the purchase online but after calling the store, an invoice was created and emailed to me. I was then able to complete the purchase easily. I am very impressed with the service and how quickly they posted my purchase.

My posting concerns the small part of this shop where you enter a colourful doorway and go down to a shop full of fish, reptiles and the accessories associated with their care. There is no wheelchair access and the staircase is steep but if you are able it is worth a look.

I came in today to purchase a couple of plants, and Avy gave me expert advice, pointed me to the substrate needed and for fish to fertilise my plants. Furthermore he gave me quality advice on care for my pets. A truly friendly experience. Thank you Avy.
